Welcome Autumn!

The autumn season is here. The temperatures are
cooling down, and it is much easier to walk over
paved surfaces (asphalt and cement) than when
the temperatures were super hot. Hope everyone
enjoys this time before the cold winter temperatures
hit us.

    The nights in Cleveland have already left the morning grass cold and wet. An invigorating feeling to wake up your whole body and senses!

    The past two days we had our first major rainstorm of the season.
    Walking outside BF with an umbrella was a magnificent
    experience!
