Indeed, BFing on grass is a great feeling. You can
feel the earth "give" with each step you take, and
can feel that you are truly "in touch" with Mother Earth! :-)
It is far easier to walk on grass than, say, on hard
cement or asphalt. In the summertime, cement and
asphalt heat up quickly, and can become uncomfortable
to walk on from about 80F and hotter. But grass?
Unless the ambient air temperature is at freezing
or less, it is totally comfortable to walk on BF.

This am when I finally awakend from my sleep of the dead(worked 16 hr days last week)I went out to smoke a cig and enjoy my morning cup of coffee. I noticed that it had frosted here in Florida(a rarity) so I promptly strolled around my backyard barefoot loving the feel of the frost on my feet and toes. My wife said that I was "weird" for doing it but after moving from Olympia, Wa 2 yrs ago I have not had much of a chance to feel the frost on my naked feet and it was exhilerating to say the least.

I live in Jacksonville which is in the NorthEast corner so we get frost about 3 times a year if we are having a BAD winter. LOL!!
More often than not it is sunny and beautiful here all the time and I stay barefoot all year round.
