a freshley cut lawn is good to step on in your bare feet. they so awwwwwwww from your head down to your feet.

This morning I walked on sand spread out over
packed earth. Each grain of sand made an impression
on the soles of my feet, and therefore on my mind!

My favorite thing to walk on barefoot is clover, and my favorite dance/yoga/rehersal/random wherehouse art gallery space they have a sign that says " take your shoes off, let your feet breathe" that always makes me smile and even when it's an event there where people keep shoes on it's only a matter of time before mine come off. I generaly wear shoes going there because it's in a pretty treacherous strech of neighborhood. It is very hard for me too keep shoes on at any outdoor music festival at any kind, but one of my favorite things to walk on barefoot ever was the playa at burning man, it was so soft and warm and nice, it was like walking on baby powder.
